We are delighted to be welcoming you to the Club to enjoy a round of golf in the peaceful surroundings of the ancient Whippendell Woods with our tree lined fairways and well bunkered greens. The course is renowned for the challenge of true, firm and fast greens. Why not take a look at what to expect with our course tour.

Pre Arrival

On the day of play and prior to arrival, please check the course status on the website to ensure the course is open, or if any weather delays that may affect your round. We ask all visitors, members and their guests to read the course safety information to ensure yours, members of the public, staff and fellow golfers a safe round fo golf.

Arrival

On arrival to the Club please follow the signs for the pro shop where you can check in and pay your green fees (if you have not done so in advance) and the team will assist you with any further information you may need.

Should you wish to warm up before your round we have a range of practice facilities including warm up nets adjacent to the pro shop, chipping and putting greens and a full length practice ground with practice balls available from the pro shop. 

Hire/Pro Shop

Our fully stocked pro shop has everything you will need for a day out on the course including hire of a trolley or buggy.

Pull Trolley - £5.00    Electric Trolley - £15.00    Buggy - £35.00

We would recommend booking buggies in advance if you require one and this can be done by calling the pro shop on  01923 236866. During winter months we would advise all golfers to check the course status on the website prior to travelling to the course to check if there are any biggy or trolley restrictions in place. 

Food & Beverage

Our Bar is licensed from 10am to 11pm Monday - Saturday and 10am - 10:30pm on Sundays with catering available 8am - 5pm every day (6pm at weekends). So why not make a day of it and join us for a bite to eat and a drink before or after your round. There's nowhere better on a sunny day to enjoy a cool drink than on our patio overlooking the 18th hole.
